Beautiful view, pool, gardens, great food, well manicured grounds.

It was all superb.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the clean rooms to the beautiful landscape, everything was perfect. We enjoyed the pool, the gardens, and the many seating areas. The friendly staff took good care of us and the restaurant served delicious food. The location allowed us to easily access the city by tuktuk and there were a few restaurants within walking distance.

For us it was ideal.

Spent Easter holiday with family and we had a wonderful time. Beautiful setting by the lake, well-maintained gardens, and access to nearby restaurants and transportation. The daily house cleaning was a great way to start our day and the covered porch with a fantastic view made remote work enjoyable. The food and service at the restaurant were exceptional making the meals very relaxing.

The bathroom had no power for a few hours which made it difficult moving around in complete darkness and ruined the end of our evening. The lack of a/c or fans in the room made sleeping a bit uncomfortable but the beautiful view of the lake made up for it.

The surroundings of the hotel are breathtaking, with marvellous lake views and magnificent gardens. the rooms are decorated beautifully and are spotlessly cleaned every day. the restaurant has excellent food with attentive service to complement the scenery.

The hotel does not have a generator, which made it challenging during blackouts.

The view of the lake was stunning and made for a romantic getaway. We also appreciated the well-manicured gardens and the daily housekeeping service. the nearby restaurants were a convenient option for dining. the quiet location away from the hustle and bustle was relaxing and made for a peaceful stay.

There was no WiFi in the room and there was a lack of communication from hotel staff about services and amenities. We found it frustrating that we were left on our own and felt like we had to figure out things without any assistance.

I loved the beautiful landscape and well-maintained grounds at Hotel Los Olivos. The view of Lake Atitlan was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were clean and beautifully decorated. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning and limited restaurant hours, I would still highly recommend this hotel for a nature escape. my stay at Los Olivos was enjoyable and memorable.
